typically write the first drafts of the letter
to shareholders, the entire narrative, and the
corporate
profile. In certain instances, we will also write
the first draft of the MD&A.
GRAPHIC
DESIGN
After
consultation, we deliver two professionally rendered
designs in full color in approximately 14 days. The
designs include every item required by the SEC. The
client may choose one or the other design in its
entirety, or ask for modifications. These are made
without charge.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography
is a two-stage effort. We consult with the client
to determine what they wish to show, and then we
determine how to best accomplish it. Our staff
photographers then travel to the sites and execute
the photos.
PRINTING/MAILING
Printing
is done on a high-speed six-color Heidelberg Press,
which is generally considered the finest printing
press in the world. We offer full mailing services
as well. We can mail your reports using your mailing
list, or we can ship them in bulk to wherever you
wish.
