We
discuss your design chiefly from the viewpoint of whether it
aided in getting your message across and whether it could have
been added without increasing your printing costs . . . and
where design errors raised your printing cost without adding
to the impact of the report. Recommendations are made to help
you increase the usefulness of your design.
We
discuss photography from three viewpoints: (1) its technical
excellence; (2) its contribution to an investor's overall understanding
of the report; and (3) the extent to which your photos complemented
the text. Particular attention is given to the captions accompanying
each photo as they are often the most read words in
a report.
Recommendations are made to help you increase the impact of
your photos with investors and security analysts.
We
also analyze the quality of your printing, paper choice and
photographic reproduction. This may prove helpful in whether
you choose to keep your current printer or find another source.
